My name is Tiago Cardoso. Currently, I'm a Design Lead at Arena.

I led design at companies of various stages. I started my career in 2007. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to work with top brands and amazing products.

During 15+ years of experience, I have learned so much about the design process and how to directly impact the business.

In terms of leading other Designers, I believe in empowering the team so that each member has determination in their career path.
